Seer777 Do you have any tips for the Ajana chakra? I can see the light lmao. The blue one, the ear noise come and go, but it never progress further. Maybe becasue im trying to hard lol. damn i hate answering my own questions!


Anyway, i was wondering if you had personal tips for getting the mind to rest.... or just ignoring it.

Should i just bombard my mind with a bunch of different noises on the computer, then just drasticly shuting it down!
