Seer777 Do you have any tips for the Ajana chakra? I can see the light lmao. The blue one, the ear noise come and go, but it never progress further. Maybe becasue im trying to hard lol. damn i hate answering my own questions!
Anyway, i was wondering if you had personal tips for getting the mind to rest.... or just ignoring it.
Should i just bombard my mind with a bunch of different noises on the computer, then just drasticly shuting it down!

The purpleish, blue bursts of light. Another I would often see, was what looked like a teeny tiny, bright white hole. I called them 'white holes'. They would blink into existence for a split second then fade. It has been a while since I have seen those however. :)
