Morning lovely, hope you slept well :)

Good thing too, being we generally spent about 1/3 of our lives doing said. :) Ha, well you lot do, me on the other hand, am often awake twiddling my thumbs, years ago I used to wake caroline up and get her to chat to me, poor woman lol, she needs her sleep or she becomes aggressive, she scares me  A poor nights sleep can set the tone for the entire day. And often does. No one likes being 'woken up' before they are ready. And flares of anger can often accompany.
