Did I miss something about karma? Is it still valid to trade in for an upgraded account?

I have emailed GLP webmasters twice over past 1-1/2 weeks about spending 100 karma points towards a free upgrade, but no one has answered if this is no longer being done for some reason or upgraded my account.

I like GLP alot, but would really like to have my question answered.

Thanks to any of you mods out there that can let me know one way or the other if I qualify or not.
