The terrorist who blew up a bus with Israeli tourists at Bourgas airport, Bulgaria, was a former detainee at U.S. Guantanamo Bay prison .

This was reported by Bulgarian and British media. According to them, Mehdi Ghezali was a citizen of Sweden.
Ghezali had not planned to be a suicide bomber, but intended to plant the explosive device and escape, believes the press.

According to them, approximately in 2002 Ghezali was captured while trying to enter the territory of Afghanistan. He spent the following two years at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, subsequently transferred to Swedish authorities " ... . more ...
