hmmmmmm verrrrrrry interesting op.
Quoting: anonimalle yep, I personally think the Illuminated bit is just the dust that has collapsed inwards but what gets me is.... That hole is one darn fine circle.... Why the hell do a lot of sinkholes look like neat perfect circles? There is a few on the following link that are near perfect circles: [ link to webecoist.momtastic.com] The illuminated part is wacky...sun coming from right, illumination at bottom is on the right...doesn't add up. The sunlight is shining from the left of the pic... How can you tell.... 1. The illuminated bit in the hole is on the right... 2. Look on the right hand side of the crater, it is brighter than the left... That hole has collapsed a little to the right, the highlighted bit is the dust on the collapsed bit with the sun shining on it....... Oh no shit...optical illusion....I saw a hill not a crater...damn homie, my mind is playin tricks on me
