HELP! I just mentally fell down a flight of stairs!

I was walking down a flight of stairs when a thought came over me that it would be fucked if my foot slipped and I went tumbling down these steps. I envisioned myself laying there at the bottom of the steps screaming in pain because my leg is broken and the bone is protruding through the skin. Maybe I did fall down the stairs in another reality, and the pain and agony I'm experiencing there is causing the me in this reality to pick up on the whole situation!

AHHH!! How do I address a mentally broken leg?! Do I go to the mental ER to have a mental doctor look at it?! How is the mental doctor going to reset the mental bone protruding from my mental leg?! What if I don't have any mental issuance and that reality doesn't have any mental Obamacare?! Does that mean I'm mentally out of luck?!

AHHH!! Help somebody what is the number for mental-911?!
