I've never understood how anyone could deny global warming, if they've paid attention even one iota.

YES REALLY, sea level has ALWAYS gone up and down, it was not stable for billions of years and suddenly started changing in 1886!!!

Could tie into the news story about the true north pole moving towards russia at a rate of 40 miles a year, and the fact that some glaciers in other parts of the world are increasing in size. not necessarily global warming but like a global shift of the poles. The jet stream has also went bonkers causing the droughts and high temperatures in the US.

If anything happens its not because of us. We have a minor impact on the climate.
Yeah - there is a global warming. But its NORMAL. Its cyclical. Will it turn into total icesheet melt or will it reverse? Both scenarios are possible. I go for the 1st scenario since it matches the previous cycles average time.

The Ice Age is fast approaching. The reason for no sea level rise from this accelerated melt is partly because the glaciers are starting to adsorb most of the moisture, preparing to expand.

people forget about the arkstream too...i posted earlier in the thread about that.

arkstream = air river current stream. water doesn't just flow through the sea and earth. there are huge rivers of it above us.

I've never seen it like it is now.

This has got to be due to the BP Oil Spill in GOM in 2010. Messed up the whole Gulf Stream and is why the heat waves over most of USA last few months.

Normally, a normal Gulf Stream will cause/create conditions which 'pull' weather systems going west-to-east, but with the Gulf Stream all messed up the systems came in off California and started to cross the USA - and stalled. Thats why we had such hot temps in one section and snow in the other.

All due to the GOM BP Oil Spill...

Now, with fresh water entering the northern reaches of the Gulf Stream, the salinity levels are dropping. That was the scenario in "The Day After Tomorrow".

And to all the 'global warming' idiots - what do you expect with 7 BILLION people vs a few MILLION several thousand years ago.

Think.. each person put out an average 100 watts of heat.. has to go somewhere!!

Wasn't it James McCanney who said that the volcanism under Greenland was increasing? And the same thing from under the ocean floor, that undersea volcanism is also increasing, heating up the oceans just a tad
