His apartment is pretty incriminating. So are all his orders. Of course, I guess you could say he set it all up and wasn't the actual shooter, but that sounds more far fetched than that he was drugged or under mind control.

It's interesting that no gag order was issued by any judge regarding Madoff, and also interesting to note that no jail guard/worker made any publicized comments relating at all to Madoff.

Comparing this incident to Madoff doesn't in any way lend credibility to a jail guard/worker mouthing off about Holmes with a judge's gag-order relating to all things Holmes being in place.

So would a properly conducted polygraph test.

It would reveal how fragmented his memories are, and if done properly would prove if he was a subject of a mind control experiment.

It could have been an experiment conducted exclusively among his associates and friends working in the same field as he was, NOT ON THE BOOKS.

Maybe someone underestimated their success, or perhaps they knew exactly what they were doing.

Holmes could have been a weapon of mass destruction, and those behind his atrocity will forever remain untouchable.

It HAS happened before...

I have no opinion one way or the other on this question, but if it were mind control why would it have to be the U.S. to do it? Why not China? China apparently is in a cyber war with us, and a couple of cyber employees were killed ... Again, just asking the question ...

This is a theory that the same people who say "you will believe anything you see on tv" believe in many things they see on tv, because it is of course the MSM reporting this claim as well. Talk about dumbass.

But there are other ways, too. Radical brainwave repatterning, which couldn't explain memory loss, and something without a name that I know of, but which could be described as brainwave highjacking.

The former leaves one conscious of what is going on, with more or less untouched sense of the self and memory recollection, but with radically different behavior. It resembles being on behavior modification drugs.

The latter is akin to a completely different personality being implanted in the brain, with separate memory that the target may or may not be able to recollect. It's similar to split personality disorder. Some in the 'fringe' UFO community call it soul replacement, or something like that. Karla Turner's books describe it very well.

For unofficial military comment on the subject, look for The Avengers (2012) and pay special attention to the dialog between Black Widow and Hawkeye, of which a very small part (just one sentence) can bee seen in the following trailer at 1:50.

The military is already split on the whole story behind these things, but it's not enough to stop what is being planned.

Your standard of proof is abysmally low. People do these things therefore Holmes did it. One of the benefits of CSI was after watching the series people wanted prosecutors to produce real hard evidence, not some cop called as a witness and lying thru his teeth. If the hair is orange you must convict. That doesn't work for me.

If you would put this guy in a line up and have all vistors of the theatre make a positive ID of him, no one would be able to ID him from his face. He was all masked up with a helmet and gasmask.

Show me the policecar camera footage of his arrest and them taking of his mask, than I'll believe it was him.

Our young Jimmy is in the game of his life, almost as exhilarating as when he was wandering down the movie Aisles executing those living objects that were going to make him infamous. Now the next stage of the game is to use the limited knowledge gained in his tertiary program to explain away responsibility (instant fail) and do what he should have studied, but not in the games he played or on the movie screens he watched in his short naive life - how to really act..to really play the part. Soon in his game Jimmy will realize that acting takes real work and is harder than it looks...Jimmy will then become hysterical when he realizes HE might be hurt and all that is this enigma that is our clever young Jimmy might actually be put on death row and get injected with a lethal dose of anti-Jimmy. In the article its says he is complaining about a stomach ache?!? I instantly pictured the thug in the second Nolan batman movie who says his stomach hurts in jail because he had bomb inside him!!

Yeah, that's right. In the time before videos, no one could ever been guilty of anything.
