Anonymous Coward User ID: 1478493 United States 07/26/2012 01:46 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | I've yet to hear or see any proof that James Holmes did it. They just say he was standing by the gear when the police showed up. If he was outside and some guy ran out and threw all his gear at him, then he would be standing there puzzled until the police showed up. Quoting: IvantZtrooth His apartment is pretty incriminating. So are all his orders. Of course, I guess you could say he set it all up and wasn't the actual shooter, but that sounds more far fetched than that he was drugged or under mind control. |

Anonymous Coward User ID: 1284302 United States 07/26/2012 01:47 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Pretend the staff are discussing a white-collar criminal, perhaps Madeoff. I'm also changing the terms used to describe the staff. See how false this story begins to sound? How did the reporter get a hold of the prison guard? Why would the guard risk his job? Quoting: Anonymous Coward 20590093 “He claims he doesn’t know why he’s in jail,” the guard said Thursday. “He asked, ‘Why am I here?’” “He’s claiming his belly hurts him,” the prison guard said. “He complained once that he didn’t like the food . . . The guy robbed thousands of people, and he’s upset that he’s not getting a four-star meal?” “He needs to save his act for the jury because no one here is buying it,” the prison guard said. “Everyone is convinced he is faking it.” Read more: [link to www.nydailynews.com] It's interesting that no gag order was issued by any judge regarding Madoff, and also interesting to note that no jail guard/worker made any publicized comments relating at all to Madoff. Comparing this incident to Madoff doesn't in any way lend credibility to a jail guard/worker mouthing off about Holmes with a judge's gag-order relating to all things Holmes being in place. |
Anonymous Coward User ID: 13405040 United States 07/26/2012 01:47 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Theater surviallence tapes would clear up a lot of questions...where are they? Quoting: Anonymous Coward 16860200 So would a properly conducted polygraph test. It would reveal how fragmented his memories are, and if done properly would prove if he was a subject of a mind control experiment. It could have been an experiment conducted exclusively among his associates and friends working in the same field as he was, NOT ON THE BOOKS. Maybe someone underestimated their success, or perhaps they knew exactly what they were doing. Holmes could have been a weapon of mass destruction, and those behind his atrocity will forever remain untouchable. It HAS happened before... |
Anonymous Coward User ID: 1622717 United States 07/26/2012 01:47 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | I think it was a CIA agent that did the killing (wearing a mask), while Holmes was told to wait in the car. Quoting: chris999 Think about the sophisticated bombs he had set up in his apartment that were so complicated that it took 2 days to disarm them. How does some random dude know how to build something like that? It is no coincidence that this happened less than a week before the UN treaty. How did he build them? Not everyone is a Moran like you- stop blaming the bogeyman for things your feeble mind can't comprehend |

Great movie! Regardless if James Holmes is crazy or not crazy, a zombie time traveling alien or the Joker, I still think the guy should be executed. no that's real too but this one is made from the seeds of a tree that grows all over the place down there Yeah it's called angel/devil's trumpet or something like that. Has he been mind controlled for two or three months? Is that possible? Quoting: Anonymous Coward 1478493 Then how could he remember attending the movie? Yesterday, he asked someone how the movie ended? that's a good point assuming all that is true Triggers. Going in and out --like having a blackout while mind-controlled. |
Anonymous Coward User ID: 20577388 Hong Kong 07/26/2012 01:48 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | The DN is notorious in NYC for being the liberal or leftwing tabloid paper. It frequently focuses on stories that appeal to especially minorities, and always plays up incidents that involve especially white guys, while sympathizing or down playing violent incidents that involve minorities. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 20507084 Understand I'm in no way sympathizing with Holmes, just stating a few facts. your belief that the dailyness is a "left wing" or "liberal" agenda platform is laughable. It is just a trash news tabloid, made for common people. It is more income bracket and IQ level driven when it comes to target audience. |

IndigoSerenity76 User ID: 1679006 United States 07/26/2012 01:50 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | There were early reports that the shooter was sitting in the front row and received a phone call and went out the door and must have left it open somehow to come back in. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 15606627 My question therefore would be, did the guy who received the phone call have that orange hair? I don't know about guilt or innocence but we've all seen movies where someone is triggered by a phone call. Exactly. Where are the phone records? Chemically shuts down all higher brain functions, leaving one vulnerable to external influence. But there are other ways, too. Radical brainwave repatterning, which couldn't explain memory loss, and something without a name that I know of, but which could be described as brainwave highjacking. The former leaves one conscious of what is going on, with more or less untouched sense of the self and memory recollection, but with radically different behavior. It resembles being on behavior modification drugs. The latter is akin to a completely different personality being implanted in the brain, with separate memory that the target may or may not be able to recollect. It's similar to split personality disorder. Some in the 'fringe' UFO community call it soul replacement, or something like that. Karla Turner's books describe it very well. For unofficial military comment on the subject, look for The Avengers (2012) and pay special attention to the dialog between Black Widow and Hawkeye, of which a very small part (just one sentence) can bee seen in the following trailer at 1:50. [link to www.youtube.com] There's some heavy shit going on that people would be aghast to learn of, and it ain't getting any better. The military is already split on the whole story behind these things, but it's not enough to stop what is being planned. This is not going to be resolved without an extremely deadly war, one in which most people won't be able to tell friend from a foe, but an absolutely necessary war nevertheless. |

Mr. Toppit User ID: 4452166 United States 07/26/2012 01:53 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | The stick figure book or whatever it is sent to the shrink really sounds fishy to me. Too incriminating. I doubt its real. Quoting: Mr. Toppit The list of "does not add up" is growing while the cops are acting like sociopaths and digging in their heels on the lone wolf profile. This is not going to end well for the cops. Shear lunacy for the judge to ban releasing info. It only doesn't add up to morons who already believe the story isn't true and just looking to prove it. Not willing to accept there are people who do this - but people do. Your standard of proof is abysmally low. People do these things therefore Holmes did it. One of the benefits of CSI was after watching the series people wanted prosecutors to produce real hard evidence, not some cop called as a witness and lying thru his teeth. If the hair is orange you must convict. That doesn't work for me. |

hey mikki User ID: 20591267 South Africa 07/26/2012 01:54 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Our young Jimmy is in the game of his life, almost as exhilarating as when he was wandering down the movie Aisles executing those living objects that were going to make him infamous. Now the next stage of the game is to use the limited knowledge gained in his tertiary program to explain away responsibility (instant fail) and do what he should have studied, but not in the games he played or on the movie screens he watched in his short naive life - how to really act..to really play the part. Soon in his game Jimmy will realize that acting takes real work and is harder than it looks...Jimmy will then become hysterical when he realizes HE might be hurt and all that is this enigma that is our clever young Jimmy might actually be put on death row and get injected with a lethal dose of anti-Jimmy. He will do what all violent cowards do that are in prison...plead out...watch this go down. Last Edited by hey mikki on 07/26/2012 02:23 PM |

Resister User ID: 669410 United States 07/26/2012 01:55 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Is he a pawn? It's plausible, but Hollywierd movie plots aside, Occam's razor makes more sense. Quoting: Resister Occam's Razor ALWAYS makes more sense. That simple fact is relied upon for any undercover op to work. Occam's Razor insists that the Earth is flat, that Oswald alone shot JFK, and that just once in the history of the world physics is suspended and huge skyscrapers melt at lower temps than steel is prone to.. Hollywood Movie scripts don't materialize intact from the aethers, either. There's alot of input, ideas, themes, details "suggested" by various Alphabet Soup agencies. Ask Chris Carter of the X-Files about this--he admits it repeatedly regarding his X-Files series. I did say it was plauible and you edited out my opening sentence where I said some of the details of the crime scene did fit for just one lone gunman. I'm not closed minded about it. I just don't want to be so open minded that my brains fall out. I did indeed edit out the first part of your quote, as I felt that the second part required earnest comment much more than did the first part. No poblem. I just had to edit myself. I meant to say "did not fit one lone gunman" in my last post. "God forbid we should ever be 20 years without such a rebellion. The people cannot be all, & always, well informed... If they remain quiet under such misconceptions it is a lethargy, the forerunner of death to the public liberty... Let them take arms... What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots & tyrants. " - Thomas Jefferson in 1787 |
