Do you like to drink wine and tea for your anti-oxidants? Be sure you do not drink American wine then, or Australian wine, for they spray the grapes they grow with fluoride phosphate (I think for insecticide) and that gets in there.

I do not know of which countries (maybe France? don't know cause they partially fluoridate their water I think) which do not use these on their grapes. Italy? Spain? they both fluoridate their water, cause they are in cahoots with the Americans' poisoning agenda.

I do not know about France and their attitude about farming organically more, that may be in our favor re: the wine they make.

Beer. Germany does not fluoridate their water, so, German beer or no beer, say I. Usually I can not buy it, so expensive,

Where do you get your info from as the official figures for England are actually quite low? It's not as if they're hiding it from us. After all, the majority of people probably think that their teeth are at risk if their water isn't fluoridated.
