Yes believe NOAA.. like you should always believe NASA and your government.

For on the record on April 11 the day of the back to back 8+ earthquakes.. 13 buoys went into event.

From Zealand all the way to the west side of India.
New Zealand's event on April 11th was over 100 meters.
Did something floating in the ocean cause the water column height to drop 100 meters in Zealand?

The result will be large earthquakes and buoys going into event mode during the same time such as on April 11.
This "prediction" is not based upon one single buoy showing something.

Again I know the amount of BS on GLP and failed predictions.
I am not here to waste time and screw around with people.
I understand nobody will believe this and I'm not asking anybody to.
When this happens is what will be important from then on out, I say that with sincerity.
