Throw it into the back of your mouth and drink some water. Tastes like SOAP! LOL. this is only one of dozens of detox methods to rebalance after the environmental toxins and poisoned food we are getting. By the way - one of the best soil conditioners for gardening is - BORON - even the plants need it. Hasn't made me smarter or done anything at all I can notice. Supposed to open up pineal gland.We'll see. Many mineral supplements have boron in them. Minerals are what I think we are shortest in. Oh, and the other thread about thyroid - read Dr. Bronsteins books. ALL this stuff works together. |
