It isn't even considered as a mental illness, currently. However, if their is an abnormal gene found that indicates homosexuality were curable, than it would still be in the individuals right to deny such treatment, should the same laws of equality still be in place. What I meant, was that in a totalitarian government, as to a forced cure and re-education of their beliefs for so-called abnormal genes, This form of government would be able to achieve their agenda.
