Pretty rare. Thx, if you can reply. This is what I was wondering. Why does the lawyer get questioned? The lawyer isn't on trial. I was the trial lawyer. because of new case law in MA, the appeals lawyer called us to testify. Pretty common in appeals. Please I am an ex con who put himself back through college after I got out and this is my first charge since the bid and I was wrongly charged and I know it's very beatable. Also it's a disorderly persons offense so it's not like I'm asking help to beat anything violent as I have never had a violent crime. I participated in classes/trainings in which they said that pedophiles will take pictures of children and change body parts around to make them naked and/or worse. Cant you make it so only your friends can see your photos though? Which would make sense if youre posting pictures of kids now that you mention that pedophile thing. Yes, you can but when you comment on a friends photo it comes up in the realtime feed and I'm not sure if others can then see it, haven't tried that one out yet. If people want to put their every waking movements on Facebook for the world to see then that is up to them, I have seen people write some ridiculous stuff and I just think to myself how naive they are. The troublemaking shite stirrers are even worse. Also, if you have ever been the victim of bullying and harassment, DO NOT delete your account, there may be valuable evidence in messages, friend requests and such like. If you use a cell phone or mobile phone to browse any site, you may need to ask yourself a couple of things. What information can the site admins or owners see from my phone? Can I trust the site? *************************************************** It was revealed a while ago that it is possible (if the right scripts/patches are used) that they can get access to your phones menu or contact list. There are ways for people to be spied upon , but, only legal representatives are allowed to do this. If they need a reason to spy on anyone by hook or by crook, if they don't have one, they will make it up. This was not even a comment. i only comment on how cute my nephews are. We are actually now starting the procedures to figure out how they got my private info. Will keep u all updated. Ever heard of email? Email isn't secure of course, but it's 1000X better than posting personal info on any social media site. It existed for decades and will continue to exist, and people stay in touch that way. In the past people cared about their privacy, anyone using the net back in the 90's would never dream of putting up their personal info online, but now people have gone crazy. |
