The clock is ticking’: ‘Megathrust’ West coast earthquake could resemble Japan’s
Two separate geological studies suggest the earthquake hazard in the transboundary region of the Pacific Coast of North America — including southern British Columbia — is significantly greater than previously believed, with both teams of U.S. scientists urging heightened readiness for a future offshore “megathrust” event that could compare with the one that triggered Japan’s catastrophe last year.

However, I can disclose some information, I had a meeting recently with the head of Geometric Sciences at Harvard. He informed me that he advised Obama recently on a situation deep within the earth's core. From my assertion he was describing Einstein's earth's crust displacement theory. This is obviously something the world governments know about, however he disclosed to me that this intrusion of the earth is not being induced naturally but rather by a push of a button in some geographic regions."

Hmmm..your theory and this info

hmm

Apparently the study did not include the Willamette valley rift. The rift took place about 10,000 years ago and then stopped.

Only very few earthquakes in the region nowadays. I would look towards the volcanic Cascades to see if there has been any activity before any quakes took place. The only one that has been active is mount St. Helens.

If you look at the plates themselves you would see that very little of the plate off the shore of Oregon is subduction. Most of the movement and the bigger quakes are from slip faults and they are mostly in California.
