Like I said in my first post, I am making sure to enjoy the things that we have really been taking for granted. I know that as long as I am content with myself, no matter what happens I have a nice collection of books that I have been collecting lately. I suggest all 'intellectuals' try to collect a decent library of old fashioned books. If we get bombed back into the stoneage, we need to bring as much knowledge as we can to help us start over and do it right next time if that is our fate...

I honestly think that what is happening right now is that technology is advancing faster than we humans can comprehend. It is opening up Pandora's boxes that were unexpected, and we are not mentally able of psychologically evolving as a species that can handle the next step of intelligent society.

We still have some of the age old crutches that some people are not ready to let go of yet.

The answer is two words, Jesus Christ.

On the technology thing, I had the same thought the other day driving home. That if we make it another 20-40 years. Boy are people REALLY going to think that's the end of humanity. When all the sudden people start having cybernetic implants done for the same reason people have plastic surgery. Think about the commercials.

"Sick of your old arms? Tired of going to the gym? Try new cy-arms by Skynet, capable of lifting 300 lbs!"

Have you tried just being an observer?

Even to 'yourself'?

Treat it as a game in which you are not just a piece on the board but someone on the sidelines watching and enjoying the ups and downs of it all.

Love the input from other posters. There is not much more that I could add.

The frustration of flesh experienced could be an indication of what needs to be addressed on the inside.

It´s a lonely path to travel, but knowing that everybody need to find and walk their own path so "everything" can experience itself from many different perspectives, makes it little less lonely. At least for me. :-)
