Need help! Looking for app for my phone which streams to internet and automatically archives!!

I'm looking to see if there is any app for my phone which records AND archives the footage to the web WITHOUT having to press "record" like you have to on Ustream APP.

If I'm recording a cop and he rips the phone out of my hand and smashes it I can't really press record.

Maybe there is a way to set ustream to archive every video you stream?
