[link to www.organicslant.com] Quoting: WindyMind A Japanese supermarket chain, Maruetsu measured cesium from pistachio imported from U.S. Interesting that radiation food monitoring in Japan found cesium in pistachios from America. Sampled by: Maruetsu (Japanese Supermarket) Test Date: August 11, 2012 Link [link to www.maruet] If this is true how can we know the radiation came from Fukushima. We did a lot of atomic tests. There are other articles about finding radiation in pistachios mostly grown in California. Of course if this is true it is from Japan, of course. The cesium found in California is fallout from fuku. Here is the plume simulation from 3.20.11. [link to www.zamg.ac.at] Deposition: [link to nadp.sws.uiuc.edu] |

(Hehe) Wouldn't gloat too much.. the jet-stream doesn't stop at the US border... Japan was somewhat saved by the east wind. What goes around, comes around.. |

Bakersfield similar to Harrisonburg now! From the amount of nuclear testing that we have done ourselves it is probable that we have radiated our own food and it's true we have Fukushima radiation now. My question is could we have radiated our own food a long time ago and not tested it? Quoting: WindyMind Turning the soil with bottom plows would have buried any cesium fallout from atmospheric testing long ago.. The amounts of cesium from atmospheric bursts would have been minimal in comparison with fuku, anyway. Fuku has been spewing for 18 months.. non-stop.. three reactor core meltdowns. This is unprecedented. The jet-stream ensures the transport to the west coast of this country and beyond. We're not just talking about cesium, either. It is used as an indicator because it is easy to detect. There are a great many radio-isotopes generated in a fission meltdown. |

I am sure they tested the soil after the bombs............. |

Quoting: WindyMind The testing though was after Chernobyl and after Fukushima so that any radiation in the soil could be blamed on those events. I am sure they tested the soil after the bombs............. You'd be surprised.. Lawsuits entered by 'downwinders' are being litigated 50-60 years after the fact.. The testing was done openly.. the contamination testing results have always been classified or suspect. Those people were hosed and forgotten. |

I don't know if anyone is following this thread but I won't quit until after the air filter or air filters are tested in Omaha or until after the Omaha plan is hatched. [link to toxipedia.org] Local awareness of the bomb was renewed when a deep sea salvage company, run by former Air Force personnel and a CIA agent, disclosed the existence of the bomb and offered to locate it for a million dollars. Local residents responded to the revelation with fear and outrage. The Air Force claims there is no need for concern and that the only danger is "localized heavy metal contamination." Whether or not the bomb could accidentally cause a thermonuclear detonation is up for debate because of conflicting documents. Officially the government claims that the weapon's capsule needed to trigger a nuclear blast was not in the bomb. However, this contradicted a 1966 letter written by Assistant to the Secretary of Defense William Jack Howard to the Chairman of the Joint Committee on Atomic Weapons. The letter, declassified in 1996, reviews the Congressional testimony that Howard gave on lost and nuclear weapons. The bomb off of Tybee is mentioned as being complete with its capsule. To this day it has still yet to be found. Tybee Beach is the one I go to the most. I didn't know there was a bomb. |
