I need proofs. Is he really a NASA worker?

There is NOTHING about a Dr. Salvadore Conti anywhere on the web, aside from a possibly fake, empty Google+ account.

While the video (aside from the conclusion) is in fact plausible in some details, means whoever the video made has definitely knowledge, i do smell a rat.

Aside from 4chan and a bunch of conspiracy sites, there is no other reference anywhere to that guy or that video.

How convenient, its always the same scheme, someone makes claims (which might very well be true) - but makes it impossible because they always "need to hide from TPTB" because "someone is out to get them".

Of course, this is BS, they only hide to avoid inconvenient question and to avoid having to provide proof for their claims.

Anyway...job well done, and some good research done about HAARP and Arecibo...but i dont buy it (and the book which is likely coming out soon i dont buy either) - unless that person can provide some proof. And what scientist would go on youtube to make such an "important" announcement?

He drops a couple of technical terms and acronyms in the video supposedly used at NASA ,

RENS: Random Emissions from Natural Sources
BOIS: Bilateral Organized Interstellar Signal

These terms familiar to anyone at all?

His comment near the end about geomagnetic disturbances causing people to go crazy seemed off base. MRI used in hospitals don't make people crazy. Why would he think that?
