There is no doubt that haarp has been active....

It diffenately could be connected to that high reading the other day. But as high as haarp was, i think it is only part of the full end results. If you look at the earthquake map we are getting them across the globe smaller and medium, also there are alot of shallow earthquakes happening which isnt normal, they do happen but not as many as are happening know.

You said 'discuss' - but I don't think you will like what you read:

1. There is no such thing as "Haarp was at 10". That is just noob bullshit by people who have no idea what HAARP actually is or does. If you can show us when the IRI at Gakona is transmitting, you will be the first conspiracy tard EVER to know this. Else, you are looking at the Magnetometer at Gakona, and all it does is monitor the ionosphere 24-7, regardless of whether the transmitter is even switched on.

2. HAARP as an earthquake generator is also a complete and utter no-brainer. All the superpowers came up with better, satellite-directed, earthquake and weather generators, in the 1970s. They even passed a UN resolution between themselves NOT to use it on each other. HAARP certainly has a range of potentially sinister uses, but earthquakes aint one of them. You should more worried about brain-wave entrainment from HAARP.

3. It is logical, given the current perceived geopolitical 'climate' - that this earlier earthquake generating technology has been used against Japan and Iran, but little if any evidence would be found if it had.

Prove it.

That magnetometer at HAARP Gakona is NOT proof HAARP is 'on'.

NOBODY is told when the IRI is on, except the staff and scientists using it at the time.

Do you think this earthquake generating technology was used on Iran in this case?

When was the last time Iran had a quake this strong in this area? It would seem the west wants to weaken occupy distract and most importantly send a subtle but strong message to Iran.

It is hard to say, because of the tectonic instability already established in that whole area. ie Earthquakes in that region are relatively common.
