We give you........drum roll......the greatest closing ceremony the world has ever known. Grab yourselves an atlas ( For you Americans, that's a coloured book thingy with pictures of countries) and wonder, just wonder, at how this little lump of rock in the Atlantic gave the world so much. Find a television, pour yourself a cold one, or whatever passes for beer in your part of the world, and join in the fun.  You were by no means the greatest empire, please check your history you murdered 26 000 women and children in Hitler like concentration camps in South Africa and the Barcelona opening was the best yours don’t even take bronze it was bizarre at best.
