Warning: Get Your Money Out: “All Legal Bank Deposit Protections Are Now Officially Gone”

A warning, stemming from a recent federal appeals court ruling surrounding customer funds lost during the 2007 collapse of Chicago futures broker Sentinel, indicates that individuals who lose deposited funds because a financial institution improperly manages that money, even if those funds are supposed to be “segregated” from other operations of the firm, are essentially left with no recourse if the firm goes belly-up. According to the court, a misallocation of those customer funds, “is not, on its own, sufficient to rule as a matter of law that Sentinel acted ‘with actual intent to hinder, delay, or defraud’ its customers.”

Highly nonlinear systems can't be modeled on small data sets. That being sad, the present model states that the most probable outcome of martial law would be passive acceptance of the new reality. Latin American experience has been invaluable for the U.S. think tanks.

The planned Middle East war may serve as the perfect cover to hide financial collapse. The price of gas will break the backbone of the economy, which would happen without a war in any case, but the war makes for the perfect pretext to declare national emergency and rationing, both of which can only be maintained by strong armed force. Police force is insufficient and that makes the military the only other available choice.

National emergency doesn't require martial law to be declared, but when military hits the streets and starts setting up checkpoints, mostly at banks, food stores, and gas stations, as has been practiced for over a decade, it won't make any difference if actual law has been passed or not.

Faced with a prospect of uncontrollable anarchy, U.S. military will justify controllable dictatorship and do their best to maintain semblance of stability.

Faced with street looting and uncertainty, U.S. soldiers will do what they did best in Iraq -- shoot first and ask questions later. Iraq has also been invaluable source of human intel for think tanks.

All the pieces have been set. Everybody's just waiting for the first domino to fall.

The latest ruling by a federal judge in the Sentinel management case confirms the truth.

Any bank, whether a commercial bank (Bank of America, your local Main St USA bank) or investment bank (including "hedge funds", "clearing houses") are now given the green light to dip into customer accounts to provide collateral on huge loans from "bigger banks" in order to fund their own proprietary high risk investment schemes.

And when they go belly up and declare bankruptcy, the bigger bank that loaned them the money gets paid first from the customer's funds.

So if JP morgan borrows from the FED or IMF/World bank, and they finally implode from their high risk robo derivative investments, the JP morgan managers close up shop, cash out the profits they have stashed away in offshore accounts, and head for their bunkers.

Then in bankruptcy court, JP Morgan's creditors (the FED or IMF) get paid back from YOUR checking and savings accounts, IRA's, pensions, etc.

This same thing will happen with every mutual fund, hedge fund, small and mid size bank that danced with the derivatives devil.

If your bank was honest, your money will simply become worth 50% less when the collapse hits full steam due to the systemic infection.
