Laws are made by Congress. The executive is "supposed" to enforce laws... not make them.

Good for her! If more states took a stand, our population would drop back to under 300 million.

One of the planks of the Libertarian philosophy is to allow the states to govern themselves as they see fit.

What concerns me though is Gov. Jan, Sheriff Joe and a few other openly vocal people are pushing the buttons on the Big Brother machine. Regardless how brave and awesome they look, this, in the end, probably will not go well for them. Publicly or personally.
