That means now in AZ:

No ID for criminals.

No ACCESS for criminals (state Medicare).

No instate tuition for criminals (not that we ever allowed for it).

No welfare/food stamps for criminals (I hope... cut off the meal ticket and they leave in droves).


And I hope all this expands into the real big deal in this state:

NO MORE FREE SCHOOLING FOR THE CHILDREN OF CRIMINALS!!!

Actually, Arizona law already addressed this. Brewer, for all her admirable gumption, did not change anything. Her "Executive Order" simply clarified that the law already stated that non-citizens were not eligible for any public benefits, nor can they get a license. So, really, in Arizona, nothing is changed. An illegal can not get any kind of job that requires a driver's license, nor any kind of welfare.

I disagree... the new amnesty Oshithead just allowed for, you know, the one which bypasses federal law so he can play King as opposed to serving as President... would allow for criminals to all of a sudden become legitimate visa holders. As such, they will be holding valid federal visas and thus eligible for state benifits... but not in AZ... as Jan is seeing to it to not recognize the work visas as valid.

Also, criminals currently can get ACCESS, attend school, get state welfare and EBT cards... and with this little move... Jan is seeing to it that anyone who thinks thy can get over on America for another two years via an illegally granted visa can't do so in AZ.

I do think she has her heart in the right place, but I'd do it a little differently. I'd allow driver's licenses that were obviously different, and stated "ILLEGAL ALIEN" at the top, over where it says "driver license". All benefits from the state would be refused with this document, and all info from the alien would be entered in a state database, including one or more photos. The alien would be allowed to drive on public highways, with proper insurance and registration of course, but the car would be flagged in the state database. If it was necessary to rule the alien in or out as a suspect in a particular crime, it could be done very easily. The flagging of the license as "illegal alien" would be sufficiently defamatory to limit the misuse of the license as ID. It should be on the license that it is invalid as ID and not to be used for anything but driving.

By doing this, we'd know a bit more about who was driving around, and where.

Why issue anything to an "illegal alien". I guess that word "illegal" means nothing anymore.

The problem is that:
1. Illegal immigrants and their advocates will now believe the myth that Sotero has given them blanket amnesty, and act as such. This will lead to protests and lawsuits when they don't get what they expect and feel they are entitled to.
2. Vilification of Brewer and any that stand with her, as the race card is once again trotted out. Her order does nothing at all, except remind all state agencies that the law is already established, limiting any use of public benefits for illegals.

Don't mess with Arizona, "broooo." LMAO
