I just love getting carded!

im 31 and they still card me for cigarettes. A store in Maine would not even give me matches one time because i did not have my id. normally it does not bother me because i look young and figure that is a good thing. but some times its a pain in the as, like when im in a rush and leave my purse in the car. One time recently, the guy at the liquor store even suggested it was a fake.

lol, yes! I usually have it handy and ready to show.

Me too at 30 with six children, I love to get carded, all tho some don't believe and want to take my card from me, now that part I dont love to much lol

^^^^^THIS^^^^^^ I'm waaaay to old for there to be any doubt about me doing anything I fucking well please. When they ask me for ID, I tell 'em fuck it, they sell this(whatever) shit everywhere. Then I buy it somewhere else.

I saw a silver haired lady, must have been about 70, get carded once. She was obviously of age, but some clerks just like the power of denying you things if you don't have your ID on you.

They even send in people who are obviously of age to by tobacco and booze to see if they get asked for ID and stores can loose their license over this. It's not so much how young you appear, its whether or not you have your cattle brand.

You may have been carded, but it wasn't because you look anywhere near 21.

They have to card people now that look under 35.

I believe you are right. The last time I was carded was at the casino in my twenties. The guy in front of me wasn't carded though and he looked to be in his early twenties. I suppose turning 39 really bothered me and this made my day lol.

I just got carded for cigarettes yesterday, buying them for a friend. I'm 41 and get carded all the time for alcohol. It's kind of funny because my husband will be with me, same age, and they never card him but always me so he jokes that I'm his young mistress:-). Got to love being carded at this age! I guess if we feel young we look it.

I got carded for cigs till my late 40s, have not been carded for booz this year but did last year in my mid 50's

Last time I was asked for my ID at the store, in my 50's, I stood there with a blank and asked why? She held up the six pack of beer, funny thing was my 30 year old daughter was manager at the store. It was a laugh.

I have had to show ID at bar for dinner drink and they accused me of fake ID and refused to serve me.

For some of us, we could get into bars under age and not get carded because we looked so mature for our age and then as we age we look so much younger. Some kind of genetic thing I guess.

Lots of funny stories, being the parent of a teenage birthday party and have some of the boys not know I was not another teenage and offer me stuff the kids should not have had, woops they got caught.And getting hit on more often by what I call kids than my own age men.

My one neighbor girl was so protective about me talking to her boyfriend one day she found out how old I was and said sorry, commented on how she had alway wondered why I hug out with the old men, they were my own age LOL

Get asked if you are your dates daughter LOL

lots of funny stories, especialy when I am out with the grandkids. Some stranger tells the grandkid it is not nice to call your mom, grandma. LOL
