It means there is a lot of movement going on over there as well as more pressure within the Pacific.
If you see the location of the buoy it's east of Sendai, Japan.
This buoy started eventing on 8/29.. from 8/29 till now where have all the earthquakes been by Japan????

When this buoy first showed movement on 8/29 I made a forecast, here's the quote:
"I believe it means the pressure is back in the Western Pacific, that you'll see more earthquake activity on this side of the globe rather than the other side where recent activity was.
Seafloor adjustments are a further possibility.
The Pacific will further be compressing and now the signs in those areas should pick up.
If there is more buoy activity from Alaska down to the Indonesian area then this next sequence will be of more certainty."

I also warned of seafloor adjustments.
Well shortly after a buoy by Indonesia went into event mode showing
Seafloor rise.
Following that pressure was released in the western pacific resulting in earthquake activity.

Between the eventing buoy by Indonesia and by Japan you have the western Pacific.
The movement seen put pressure in that region causing the large earthquake and the buoys in the shape of a "U" going into event mode.
Those who say these are buoy "errors" or buoy activity means nothing are mistaken simply by what is documented in this thread.
This wasn't the first time I predicted certain buoy activity as well as resulting earthquakes before.. mostly just based upon previous buoy data.
All that is documented here should prove to people that "plate movement" is for real and increasing!
Japan is still eventing showing that things aren't done yet and pressure will build once again.
