Good idea, if you actually think about it its a natural thing and essential lessons are learnt by fighting when you are toddlers, every other animal does it to settle arguments, learn their hiarachy, increase their ability to defend themselfs? probably many other good reasons.

Dont you remember when you were a toddler and you got into a swabble with another toddler over something and the grown up forces you to stop and then punishes you for it as well.
