Quoting: Anonymous Coward 22402604 My friend I have done this all of my life, at school I was the kid who would stop the little kid getting bullied, even if it meant getting bullied myself. As I grew older I would always help those around me, if it was money, adivce or what ever else people asked of me I would go out of my way to make those around me happy, to solve their problems, often by putting my self in a worst postion but I would not say no to anyone.
After a life time of helping people who were in a jam, I was in a rough spot in my life ( I do not want to go in to detail ) but these people who I had helped time and time again, they knew the details, they were aware of my needs but they did not even offer adive or support. Instead I heard the words over and over again "I don't want to get involved"
I had never expected them to repay me money ( some people still owe me money ) but a word of support costs nothing. I never did the things I did expecting them to be returned, I did not think I would find myself in such a dire place, that I would need help.
Now I have no love for my fellow man, I know people only care how you can help them and if you can't then you are worthless to them.
