It might possibly be that if intelligence is correct that TPTB have commiserated an agreement with the suspect nobody.If intelligence is correct suspect nobody shall be commiserated with a Rolls-Royse of prefered vintage and a lifetime fuel and McDonalds condiments. If intelligence is correct suspect nobody shall be equiped with license plate spelling DRIVE TILL YOU DROP and a companion dog who will be named Sparky.
