A Sincere Question For UFO Believers
I have a sincere question about UFO encounters.

If Eisenhower met with aliens, as some say - or any other "official" meetings with ET's took place - why?

Why should they bother? There are claims about a secret treaty with Grey aliens - why any treaty at all? Why should they care? They are presented as being able to do almost anything, so why 'ask for permission' from a bunch of humans?
