Steering currents are being modified so that Isaac will stall over the BP Oil Spill area.

This is were the Synthia colony has been building over the last 2 years feeding on the oil on the sea floor.

If Isaac stalls, he will most likely intensify rapidly since this is over the notorious loop current that spinned up canes like Katrina, Rita, and Camille.

Looks like they are planning to unleash Synthia.
