question for numerology tards

Basically, I was born early morning in asia, and being asian I am really smart and so, naturally, I find it strange that there could be anything said about whatever birth number 02/11/84 is considering I was technically born on the 10th to the majority of the world.

and astrology is cool, but you need the exact time to calculate the rising so then why do most sites and other answers say to ignore time zones when it comes to numerology? to me, this basically would imply that being precise can actually work against you?
