I dont think that they think it isnt protected by the Constitution... They just dont give a fuck about the Constitution...
I dont mean everything I say to be literal. I just like to throw around ideas, and play devil's advocate.

I do not feel obliged to believe that the same God who has endowed us with sense, reason, and intellect has intended us to forgo their use.

If this is true...I'll grit my teeth and still continue on trying to effect change.

Sad though, I really (like a lot of citizens) truly do wish to have faith in our government.

Re: BREAKING NEWS- Feds Say Mobile-Phone Location Data Not Constitutionally Protected
Its very simple. Don't own a cell phone. I never have. I am 50 probably the only one in living history that has never had one but I don't. Never ever will. Had an 2006 Chevy Truck real beauty that came with On Star. Never activated it and actually had a freind disable it completely. When you don't have a thing you don't miss it. When I see my friends and how those phones end up controling everything they do by way of their kids, husbands, jobs and of course big brother I fell sorry for them. Its an entity all of its own. They never get a single minutes peace. Ever. I have a land line and slow dialup internet. Thats enough. I get more done than anybody else does. I'm in control of it. Just turn the fucking things off at the same time and tell them to fuck off. As long as you have one they will always know everything.

If they could use it to find a missing loved one, it would be nice, but they only use it to find BS drug users etc.

lol, i am 25 and have never owned one, save for a track phone i used when biking cross country. I love not being bothered while i am out. I have actually lost most of my friends because i am not on Facebook and don't have a cell phone. People are addicted and i can't wait till the power goes out.
The economy is doing great. More green shoots each day. Consumer confidence is great. Unemployment is dropping. Stocks are soaring. Europe is saved. I like flouride. Chemtrails are pretty. FEMA camps sound fun. ~Anonymous Coward 1382145

You have got to know your fix will not work right. Second thought, I am sure I'm wasting my time.

Do you have a link for the news? (Thanks in advance)

As for the Organic Food Study, it says Organic Food doesn't have any impact on health, yet state Organic Foods contain over 30% less pesticides. That makes no sense. The more pesticides in your food the higer the risk for health issues/problems. I'm sure man-made chemicals aren't healthy for your body.
