Multiple participants say officers gave them illicit drugs and provided other incentives to take the drugs. The Occupy movement, present at Peavey Plaza since April 7th, appears to be targeted as impaired people are dropped off at the Plaza, and others say they've been rewarded for offering to snitch on the movement.

Soon they will hide in their bunkers like the cowards they are, and will kill 90% of us with biological weapons. Make sure you have plastic and duct tape to cover your windows with. They will also poison our water, so make sure you start collecting some, and when TSHTF, conserve it the best you can. WW3 will start as they try to get the different religions and races to fight each other, but it will backfire and we will end up turning on them instead. That is when it will get really ugly.
