City Council in Burlington, Vermont to vote on canabis/hemp ballot item

What do Burlingtonians think about hemp and cannabis products? Voters might have the chance to give their thoughts on legalization in November -- but it’s up to the city council to decide first.

The city council will vote on whether or not to include the ballot question -- “Shall the people of Burlington support the legalization, regulation, and taxation of all cannabis and hemp products?” -- at its meeting Monday.
