UPDATE: Investigation shows the ATTACK has been carefully planned days ahead! They should arrest more like 400 men to even begin to make up for what that barbaric hoard did ! |

UPDATE: Investigation shows the ATTACK has been carefully planned days ahead! Shocking details from official Libyan investigation: Libyan attacks said to be 2-part militant assault BENGHAZI, Libya -- The attack that killed four Americans in Libya, including the U.S. ambassador, was an organized two-part operation by heavily armed militants that included a precisely timed raid on a supposedly secret safe house just as Libyan and U.S. security forces were arriving to rescue evacuated consulate staff, a senior Libyan security official said on Thursday. Wanis el-Sharef, eastern Libya's deputy interior minister, said the attacks Tuesday night were suspected to have been timed to mark the 9/11 anniversary and that the militants used civilians protesting an anti-Islam film as cover for their action. Infiltrators within the security forces may have tipped off militants to the safe house location, he said. He said an unspecified number of militants suspected of taking part in the attack have been arrested and that others were being closely monitored by police to see whether they are linked to a group. He refused to elaborate. Read more here: [link to www.sacbee.com] |

UPDATE: Investigation shows the ATTACK has been carefully planned days ahead! They should send marines, Navy Seals, whoever and whatever it takes to bring those barbarians to justice ! If the US just lets this slide and allows the Libyan authorities to slowly sweep this under the rug this will be a clear sign of weakness and will encourage other attacks on US interests in the middle east ! If Obama mounted an overwhelming response with a few hundred marines backed by tanks and Apaches immediately after the incident it would have discouraged any further attacks...but instead he choose to apologize to them ! Truly sad ! |

Truly sad ! Err... Because Libya is US proxy? Really don't know what to believe anymore ! The lack of any real action in response to this incident is shocking and it leads me speculate that this might have been a premeditated act to incite violence...and the embassy workers and the ambassador were expendable ! This was staged otherwise I can find no other reason for this incredible lack of any military response ! |

UPDATE: Investigation shows the ATTACK has been carefully planned days ahead! (CNN) -- At least one person has been arrested in the killing Tuesday of U.S. Ambassador to Libya Christopher Stevens and three other Americans, the Libyan prime minister said Thursday. "Three or four are currently being pursued," Mustafa Abushagur told CNNI's "Amanpour." He said the arrest was made early in the day in Benghazi and that the person arrested and those being sought are all Libyans. The announcement came as the United States is struggling to determine whether a militant group planned the attack that killed the four Americans, even as warships head toward the north African country as part of a mission to hunt down and punish the killers. Sure those destroyers with their high tech guided missiles look all mean and intimidating out at sea but the hunt for the barbarians who did that despicable act needs to be conducted on land ! Without boots on the ground actively searching for those bastards, those destroyers can't really do much of anything ! They sent those ships as a show of strength but they can't help catch the people who did this ! |

UPDATE: Investigation shows the ATTACK has been carefully planned days ahead! Seems some phone calls have been traced: Those being hunted are suspected Islamic militants, and Libyans have worked to include intelligence, defense, and interior officials in their search. The Libyan official declined to say exactly how many suspects they are watching, citing the ongoing investigation. The official stated: “There is a group now that is under our custody, but there is a group we’re following to know who’s connected to them, and they are monitoring their phone calls.” Read more at [link to www.inquisitr.com] |
