Never fear. Fear is the only real mind killer, and where the body can die the spirit never can.

One lone person could never have a hope of hurting an aware, careful person that stays near crowds and knows the basics of self defense. Building of confidence is what training is all about. We don't have to be a soldier to be safe.

If you're more "tapped in" you can request a guard of angels, use light shielding, and many other things to make any negative entity feel rather small and pathetic for their wasted energy attempt.

But the trick is to keep them stealthy. Too much light outside of the heart can draw moth's. So keeping it hidden inside and ably to fly out at the SPEED OF LIGHT to do its job works best, from my experience.

Heck, theoretically you could just combine that with relativity and "time travel" (gating) to make it so they never existed and never attacked you to begin with. It would just seem as if coincidence and luck had protected you. Goes over much smoother in the collective unconscious.

Seriously, though, can't these ridiculous sightings be explained simply by someone on meth plus booze or the equivalent (e. g., crack and heroin, bad drugs of any kind with booze, not eating plus day-after-day drugging, shooting up Windex, bad speed overdose). I think the idiots upstairs ("illuminati") emphasize these kinds of stories for some unknown reason, but what would be the purpose? I believe a lot of weird things, but a "zombie apocalypse" is not one of them.
