Starting to lose faith in a doomsday on December 21, 2012
I'm starting to lose faith. In the back of my mind, I feel like nothing is going to happen on this day or anytime soon. It sucks because my life sucks. I don't want to off myself. I just want some legit proof something will happen this day. But this sucks real bad. I don't know what I'm going to do now......

Mass movements appeal to frustrated people who are dissatisfied with their current state, but are capable of a strong belief in the future. As well, mass movements appeal to people who want to escape a flawed self by creating an imaginary self and joining a collective whole. Some categories of people who may be attracted to mass movements include poor people, misfits, former soldiers, and people who feel thwarted in their endeavors.

I don't want to see the people that love me to die....I don't want them to die. Only the people that hurt me. But, my life sucks. I just want a doomsday to come. Its getting frustrating. All I do is look for proof all day on the internet. I am not interested in anything else but the end of the world. I really hope something happens this day

I'm in the same boat as you brother, I want it to just end or somehow change for the better (like a rapture, ascension, new dimension, something) but I can't ever off myself because I am not that selfish.

Its good for the people with positive minds. It sucks for the people with negative minds. I didn't choose to have the life I did. I will never change. My mind is nothing but fear.

I feel for you. I constantly battle everyday with this and sometimes I just give up. I just can't change my true nature. I guess its true when they say people don't change.

I am sorry that you feel that way.
Don't get me wrong, I would love to see some changes in this world.

The people in control are there with a firm grip, so it seems like the only thing that will bring us out of this oppression is a major world changing event. 2012 seems to be a good answer.

As far as the negative thoughts/fear goes, try to replace each one with something positive. You don't have to believe it at first, you just need to start to change the habit. It is hard, I know, but it does help.

in my opinion we'll see SHTF before nov 6

why would obummer just let the elections go by uninterrupted? and it's clear there will be people voting ron paul, gary johnson... this will "upset" the turnout as more and more people flee the 2 party illusion

no way will dec 21 be "the" doom date. I think it'll happen before that but I could be wrong... it's just like, no matter who wins the elections it will be a big deal. for good or for worse or for way way worse, the elections need to happen in november and somebody has to win.

and also the dollar is now worthless with QE3 literally unlimited printing presses. same shit happened in germany post WWII and their economy went down the shitter fast... i would be so surprised if our global economy held off until dec 21 2012

we still have 2 or 3 full months. a lot can happen even in a week's time.

Read the thread about Keshe offering his plasma power generators for hope of DOOM! Either that or a majorly huge positive impact on humanity. I know they're close to being the same but hey, at least there's some dissimilarity.

MG, Signs are all pointing toward a Transition - exactly what I don't think anybody knows for certain.

For most people this transition will be DOOM, but for others it should be positive, at least in the end. I recommend holding on to see how things play out. I had been expecting to see a lot back in March, but nothing all that notable happened. But things are heating up. You don't want to miss the fireworks...

And like someone said earlier, you ARE here for a purpose. Make the real Mayan God proud of you...

Seems like lots of doom-related stuff today. WW3 is the talk of the town! Of course, this is bad...but when work sucks, one wishes doom would just arrive and basically save us...or squish us... And the thought of many Federal Reserve and other bankers being squished can just put a smile on your face...

well regardless of the psychological disposition of people who are seeking the end of the world, the fact is that a series of disasters are going to occur, whether we want them to or not.

You've been inoculated to death by Nibiru doom dates since the beginning of 2011, as well as a host of rumors and false speculation. Now, as you're approaching the end of the year, you feel defeated before the game has even started.

It's going to happen anyway, it's just that everything you read on GLP is a false prediction.....everything that was predicted and forecasted on this website was premature. But it's still coming.

As recently as early 2010, I didn't believe any of this stuff. After awhile, I became resigned to the fact that it's going to happen.

It's just not going to happen when GLP says it's going to happen, and that's why you're finding this process frustrating.

Most people don't want to go to work everyday and continue their routine unless you're rich and you don't have to work, so people are looking for something to disrupt this whole thing.....

It's coming, and it will probably transpire from December 2012 on into early 2013 (it's a pretty safe bet that the absolute worst of it will start in December 2012 and continue into 2013). By wishing for doom and getting involved in false predictions on the net, you get discouraged and you start to question your instincts.

I've always known that all the Elenin/Nibiru/May 2011 New Madrid NLE/11-11-11/YU-55/Lucus 3-22-12 mega-quake prediction/8-17-12 Mike Harris & John Moore stuff was all total bullshit. But it's still fun, and exciting. I've always known that neither John Moore nor Terral would be correct about the orbit of Planet X or the orders in which these disasters would occur. Nor have I ever believed that anyone on here truly understands the galactic plane, interstellar energy clouds, or any of that stuff. But I still used some of that information to get my family members on the same page (I gave them a vague account of certain things that are being bandied about on the net), so that they would expect it when it hits, so they could react to it and we could work together to survive it when the time comes (though I don't think it's survivable, frankly it's going to be a hell on Earth). I bought a small amount of supplies and I'm ready to leave my home base if it becomes necessary, but I don't think what's coming is really all that survivable unless you have an underground secure bunker of some kind, retrofitted to withstand severe earthquakes, with at least 2 or more years of food and water and miscellaneous supplies per person. Almost no one has a bunker with 2 years of food and water per person, so most people aren't going to survive anyway. A bugout bag and some granola bars won't save you from what's coming.

The point is, you're discouraged because you're on GLP. I take GLP and everything on the net and on the John Moore show with a grain of salt because I know the science we're getting from these sources is somewhat flawed, but it's still going to happen and it's going to be brutal.

Just focus on the present day, enjoy the time left, run up some credit card debt, and get yourself laid. But it will happen, just not today.

Also, want to make one additional point.....you should be rooting for change...you should be rooting for SOMETHING to happen. It's actually good to push for these things and to help them manifest....

What we have right now isn't working....we're already in a permanent state of collapse...there isn't enough money, land, resources, or opportunity to share amongst a population of 7+ billion people. Our inner cities are war zones, people go to bed hungry at night, and tomorrow it will just be worse than it will be the previous day. The dystopian future that we envisioned years ago, as a result of overpopulation and the resulting strain on resource, has now arrived...it's already here.

2012 comes along to save the day and create that new age that you're waiting for
