Christians call Jesus Son of God but in The Quran God stresses that Jesus was human. There is ample evidence that the texts of the Gospels have been changed and that the role of Mary Magdalene has been altered. Jesus was a reincarnation of Adam while Mary Magdalene was a reincarnation of Eve. In the original creation story Eve was not made out of the rib of Adam but Eve gave birth to Adam. This is the reason why Eve is called Mother of All the Living. For 6,000 years God has hidden Her identity. The following evidence is in the scriptures: - Christians are considered to be children of God and born of God (John 1:12-13) so God was a Mother before the text was altered. - Adam is referred to as son of God (Luke 3:38), Jesus as firstborn over all creation (Col. 1:15) so Adam was born and Jesus was a reincarnation of Adam. - Jesus was with God in the beginning (John 1:2) but there is no mentioning of Jesus in the Tanakh. - After having created the humans on the sixth day in Genesis 1, God appears to have started over again by creating Adam and Eve in Genesis 2. This indicates that the text has been changed. - Adam calling his wife Eve because She would become mother of all the living also suggests tampering. - The Quran mentions the creation of Adam extensively but does not mention the creation of Eve, which may indicate that Eve was never created. Quoting: ChemicalEngineer Lots of concepts in the Bible have duel meanings so what if the wife of the lamb is something else ALONG with also being the consortium of believers. Or maybe people take Paul's allegories to Christ loving his church too literally and the church is just his body and NOT his wife. Anyway who could this wife of the lamb/Bride of Christ be if we stretch our minds? The most direct reference to who it is, is The New Jerusalem. That is confusing. The whole scrap of parchment referring to Jesus' wife got me thinking about this because everyone is assuming it must be referring to a wife he had in the past when I believe it can easily be a wife he WILL have. Also it refers to us being the guests at the wedding so it seems to me that someone else other than us is the Bride. Random Ideas that pop into my mind: -The Holy Spirit in either God form or human form -Just a random chick God picks who will be the Queen of Heaven referred to in Psalms -Someone who has earned it somehow in their life... maybe like in The Lord of The Rings they have carried evil with them their whole life to help others. Demons channel to them somehow... -Earth -A fraction of some believers -A reincarnation of Eve (since Jesus is the last Adam) -The woman crowned with the moon and 12 stars in Revelation I don't know why this topic fascinates me. I like the idea of the Bible being an epic love story and Jesus getting some HUGE reward for becoming a human for eternity. bible doesn't have dual meaning, you just lack understanding on how it is structured. the bride is heaven itself, re-read the entire passage. |

It was/is Eve who transgressed. The law states that the penatly for such an act of trangrssion is death. But Adam in his great love for Eve, stood in the breach. He paid the penalty for his love and, in doing so, freed her from the penalty and bondage of death. But there is no law of death for one who has commited no transgression. So the law of death was destroyed. The power of the one who reigned over death was also destroyed. The keys now belong to the one who destroyed death. The Christ now has been given the power over death and gives life to whomever he wishes. Those who are Eve (in Spirit). Who are unioned to the Last Adam (in Spirit) are freed from the penatly of death imposed. peace, |

I have thought you are right in that Adam stepped out of paradise for his love for Eve and was allowed to maybe "reincarnate" as Jesus to then save the rest of mankind. Adam did give his authority over Earth to Satan when he chose Eve, but then Jesus took it back for us. I am really not too clear how Jesus and Adam are exactly related but it does say that Jesus is the last Adam. Some people think a lot of Biblical characters were the Christ spirit being sent to Earth to learn (like Joseph). Not sure about that one. |

No verse says that it is the church. Oh ok. I guess it is inferred and not direct. John 3:29a He that hath the bride is the bridegroom...We are "In Christ", and he is in us through his Holy Spirit. Rev.21:10-27 the bride, the Lamb's wife = New Jerusalem and us who inhabit it coming down from heaven morganite |

I do believe that the church is the name given to the bride of Christ. Scripture tells us as much, though it is called a mystery. I do not purport to see the mystery clearly or even fully. I can only share what I feel when I read scripture and pray and meditate over the church and, as John says, "what was from the beginning". It is as Paul says; looking thought a dark, shadowy glass. I am certain we will all see clearly in the fullness of time and know fully. Even as we are known by Him. I give thanks for the one who has paid the ultimate price. For his great love and great gift of life eternal. God bless OP. peace, |

THINK and do your research instead of asking others who haven't bothered either, maybe just maybe that will help |
