What's really outrageous is that the cops just let them rampage along, take pictures of them and then after they have left, try to track them down and fine them. In the mean while, people (including elderly folks and families) are riding this thing out in their homes, sitting there terrified as these hooligens can domwhat they want, flipping their cars over destroying their gardens. And these chicken-shit cops don't dare to engage them and beat them out of town. This is not funny. Wait till it happens in your street next time because you can bet your ass this will get repeated, especially with lame cops that just let them do what they want as long as they can fine (€€€) them afterwards...

That dumb-ass minister of 'justice'-my-ass, Mr. Opstelten, just confirmed what I wrote: this is unacceptable and the hooligens have to pay for the damag, is all he can say.
