Perhaps God allowed evil in order to give His creation free will? I've followed both roads...coming back to God after taking the other road...I don't know, I guess it helped me understand that.

I still hate that evil exists, but how could we CHOOSE good, if their was no evil? And without that choice, what would it really mean? How "made up" would our minds really be?

Jesus Christ taught a world filled with hate, about LOVE and how to love a neighbor as yourself.

His message is NOT complicated but really pretty simple. He did not teach about how to kill or how to execute enemies ; he taught about love.

It cannot take up volumes of books as in other religions because it is so simple.

He taught love.

He was NOT a warlord nor was he a brutal warrior.

This is one reason why the Jewish rulers HATED him so much

because He WASNT a warrior warlord ; out to kill.

He was a humble man, to speak a message of love.

The jewish rulers wanted a war lord ;

In fact, they would have rather had a messenger like muhammad than Jesus.

They wanted a messiah who would make war on the enemies of Israel. This is why he was rejected and killed ; one reason.

Another reason the Jewish rulers killed Jesus is because the y were afraid of him.

He showed them, time and time again he possessed certain POWERS that were

beyond this world and explainable. Jesus was able to cure blindness, raise the dead, cure other diseases...they

feared him.

Christ taught about love and a fulfilled life ; not killing and death

I've come to believe that God LOVES it when we ask these hard questions. It means we're taking Him seriously and really trying to understand things like "mercy" and "grace". These aren't really easy concepts to some of us. I know they're not to me.

Agreed... to say that God knew satan would rebel is an interesting question... I dunno.... but think about this... the future is not written in stone, else there would be no point in participating or have the capability to make a decision in the present... perhaps God gave satan ample opportunities to decide

I just want to know how it is that previously non-Muslim (typically Baptist/Christian/evangelicals), American black folk jump into Islam?
