Okey, so now I "remember" I am not just my eyes reading what my fingers are typing and my mind is thinking... Quoting: Anonymous Coward 32054545 There is no 'mind'. There is a thought of a 'thinker' and there is the thought of the verb "to think" and there is the thought of 'thinking'. But all there is is thoughts of all of these things. In other words, when you 'think' that you are 'thinking' a thought, you are not actually 'thinking' the thought, you are merely observing the thought. The thought 'thinks' itself. Occam's Razor. Michael IMO you are wrong here... Most of the time, I do actually, think the thought, less and less I fall into auto-pilot and only observe the thought. All it take is staying in the moment. Having an attitude of gratitude and not worrying about the past or planning the future. stay in the NOW. It's not really hard, I will never understand why some people like to use lots of words and ideas to convey something that is really quite simple...
