Sinkhole update................ “Heed evacuation orders”

Overnight, there was a 30’ x 50’ slough in on the SE side of the sinkhole (towards Texas Brine). The slough in took many trees and part of the road that was built to park excavators on to resume cleanup activities. This area has never sloughed in before as opposed to previous slough-ins that have taken place in the same spots along the embankment of the sinkhol

This has been so out of control.

Anyone with common sense would be getting the hell out of that area.

But at the same time, it's difficult to do when the current state of the world forces you to remain. You can't just take a family of 4 out of state, quit your hard-to-find job, and drive to who-knows-where that may be safe, with limited amounts of supplies just "on a hunch."

Sadly, that's what they SHOULD be doing.

They're waiting around for someone to say "the sinkhole may or may not explode at 2:30 on Friday."

This thing is not the New Year's Eve ball counting down in New York. There won't be any warning. THIS IS THE WARNING! They need to go NOW.
