[link to www.haarp.alaska.edu] this however I am sure of. and it just seems to be regular signal. I agree though the weather is messed up. They did say that the jet stream has moved. And will make for a severe winter for the uk and upper north climates. so if its going to be super severe for us then it stands to reason its super severe for everyone else.
