Why do people call these EQ clouds when a earthquake never happens after people seeing them?

It has been so hot daily and of course no rain...

I don't see any "Rainbow Clouds" , all I see is the chem-trails they been spraying all f**king day!!

My friend from cali ironically happened to mention "more rainbow clouds today"... and she posted a picture of one... which again ironically, is right through a chem trail.
