ExxonMobil Corp. (XOM) on Oct. 3 said a fire at its Baytown, Texas, refinery was confined to a single process unit and that operations at the rest of the refinery weren't impacted. The fire was caused by a hole in a reactor, a environmental filing said. The unit involved hasn't been identified.

Baytown is near (southeast of)Houston, not Dallas. I can't even see the smoke from where I am near downtown.

In the article it says fire was no threat to people around the plant for breathing. Give me a break there has to be lots of toxic air in the area people should not be breathing.
If you woke up breathing, you have another chance!
