Alaska. me too, last night being the worst. been having trouble sleeping for a few weeks now, last night could not sleep. told hubby that I have another one of my bad feelings. he told me to keep it to myself, he is not a glp'er. also have alot of rain snd flooding of late.

I do usually have trouble sleeping most of the time. Last night was BAD. Was considering taking Benadryl, but it gives me pvc's (skipped or extra heartbeats) so I didn't. But you can realize how desperate I was to have considered it!

I didn't get to sleep until 4 a.m.

reading those WILL put you to sleep. Lots of mumbo jumbo. But respect your opinion.

I'm in AZ (North Phx) too and both hubby and I had a hard time falling asleep and staying asleep.

Oh and I'm the type of person that can fall in a deep sleep within 5 minutes of laying down.

Yes me too, I'm in Seaside California. I felt like my mind was racing and going crazy. I woke up and got online till 5am or so then fell asleep till 10am. Tonight I have an orgone pendant around my neck and I'll turn on my 25 watts light if it happens again. Oh also I took an herbal remedy last night to help me fall back asleep, Gaia Herbs Valerian Poppy Supreme tincture I bought at Whole Foods, I don't like to take it unless I have too. Also last night it felt like something was draining my energy (lifeforce).

This is what everyone said, I'm one to fall asleep quickly, I even took a pain pill. I talked to another lady, who also took a pain pill and melatonin and was also awake all night. I bring this up because it felt like something in the air making us all very restless. strange stuff!!!!We're in yavapai county.

I had a very diffuclt time sleeping last night. I live in Indiana.
