Judge rules Libertarians will stay on Pa. ballot

A state judge ruled in favor of the party Wednesday, ending a nearly eight-week review of petition signatures that was forced by a challenge backed by the state Republican Party.

Commonwealth Court Senior Judge James Gardner Colins said lawyers for both sides agreed that the Libertarians have at least 20,730 valid signatures. That's 129 more than the law requires.

In 2016 when you are bitching about the state of the nation and don't wanna vote Romney or Clinton. Gary Johnson will still welcome you in.

Any win for the Libertarians is a big win. Hopefully there will be many more in the future. It all starts somewhere.

Kinda like I like rubbing it in to people that were suckered into voting for Obummer. Their change wasn't exactly what they were expecting.

Re: Libertarian Party's candidates will stay on Pennsylvania's ballot.(and I'm drunk)
Libertarians have the opportunity to pull equally from both parties. I don't think I'm crazy on this one. Some polls already show this.

This year is about matching funds and ballot access for 2016.

All hail the libertarian ideals, and good for them. I'm still going to vote for Ron Paul even if not many others will.
