Doesn't matter what the mother did or didn't do. The baby was innocent!

In the video the woman said that the other inmates told her the guards were joking about how the baby was still moving when they flushed it down the toilet.

The baby was miscarried, but it was born alive. The guards killed it.

Isn't this what the pro-abortionists want though? To be able to kill a baby from conception all the way to after birth? Didn't Obama sponsor/sign a law that would allow living aborted babies to be left to die w/o any intervention to save them after they survived the abortion?

I was already horrified thinking the baby had probably been too immature to survive miscarriage but upon realizing the baby was alive and moving, I can't at all figure out how anyone could be so cruel. And it was a group of them - and they were laughing about it? It's sickening beyond measure. I just hope these bastards pay dearly for their heartless actions.

Ok so I watched it and got dizzy and I felt like passing out the story was so disturbing that guards would do.this. But then I thought of all the babies that are alive in the mothers womb and are aborted they are alive too.......ughh so sad the whole thing

This sounds like a story coming out of China or something, hard to believe anyone could be so EVIL to flush a baby down a toilet. Wow, as a father of a young child myself, I can't even imagine how something like this would feel.

Probation violations can be quite stupid sometimes and this may not even be her fault, I almost got violated after I failed to make a payment when I got in a little bit of trouble over something really stupid, all because my boss was late with the paychecks one week. Luckily I came up with the money the day of my hearing and took care of it. Blaming the mom for violating probation isn't exactly an excuse for flushing a human baby that might've been alive down the toilet. This is just sickening.

This is the major question no one on this thread is considering and you hit the nail on the head! How premature was this fetus and what were its odds of survival? What were it's odds of being normal without birth defects or mental retardation? The woman is said to have had a miscarriage which may have been brought on by the stresses going on in her life and subsequent incarceration. To me it seems something was wrong with the development of this fetus, otherwise why would her body initiate a miscarriage. The woman's body decided not to carry the fetus to term not the guards. Nature took its course.

All of our problems on this planet originate from overpopulation. This planet cannot support anymore human life. Minorities and Muslims are cranking out vast quantities of low quality life. This must be stopped at all costs or our species along with every other form of life on this planet will go extinct. Whites are the only ones that get this, but sadly they are being outbred by the riffraff. It should be about bringing quality human beings into the world by parents who will care for them, raise them right, and who truly want and love them. That this fetus ended up in the bottom of a toilet bowl at the county jail says all that needs to be said about its pedigree. A kinder and more compassionate course of action would have been to crush this woman's fetus under the heel of a boot to first put it completely out of its misery before flushing.

doesn't matter if it was dead. They have protocol for birth still or alive in jails. Laws against flushing the infant down. They should of removed the body and called the proper clinic/authorities to come get the infant. The jail guard is a psychopath

The sheriff's office says it can not comment on any matter under pending litigation, and this case is in court right now.

"No matter how guilty a person might be, that child is innocent. And it's always going to be innocent, and that innocent child was flushed down the toilet intentionally," Roberts said.
