Forget that, a better petition would be to give the State more control and keep the feds from hampering everything!

now, if you were to find a petition to the governors of Louisiana, Mississippi, Texas, Arkansas, Oklahoma, Missouri and Tennessee to band together and form an interstate coalition to handle the matter, I might make an exception to my rule.

oh, and it must direct the governors to do what is in the best interests of the citizens of the states, EPA regulation and oversight be damned.
